These are your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the operational processing of orders in the ERP system.
- You will check and maintain incoming order confirmations from our suppliers.
- You will monitor delivery dates, prices, and quality and coordinate closely with our transport and logistics partners.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as production, warehousing, and engineering and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- You will obtain quotes, compare them, and process them further
- You will maintain and update purchasing-related master data in the ERP system

What you bring to the table:
- You have successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training.
- You have already gained professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in a technical environment.
- You have a professional, confident manner and strong social skills, coupled with an independent, precise, and goal-oriented approach to your work.
- You enjoy communicating across borders in German and English and are confident in using MS Office applications
We are obliged to state the minimum basic salary for this position. Depending on your education and professional qualifications, this starts at €37,400.00 per annum (38.5 hours per week) according to the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to pay significantly above the minimum.
