You have a knack for organization, technical know-how, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. As an Installation and Construction Site Coordinator, you’ll coordinate our installation projects, actively assist with technical tasks, and ensure that projects are completed on time, efficiently, and to a high standard. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact between project management, clients, suppliers, and installation teams.
Your responsibilities include:
• You are responsible for the proper installation of the assemblies we deliver at the customer’s site
• You handle on-site construction coordination and documentation
• You coordinate directly with the customer and work closely with our project team on implementation
• You will lead an external installation team and be responsible for the acceptance testing and commissioning of the systems
• You will conduct on-site product training
• You will identify and resolve defects or issues, independently perform maintenance—including documentation—and, when necessary, also assist in our production department
What you bring to the table:
• You have completed a solid technical training program
• You have already gained relevant professional experience, ideally in installation or construction site coordination, in an international environment
• You are highly willing to travel (at least 80%)
• You are known for your independent, structured, and reliable work style
• You confidently tackle challenges and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• You work flexibly and with a customer-focused approach, and are willing to work on-site or be on call

You’ll start with us at a starting salary of €3,500.00 per month. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we’re willing to offer a significantly higher salary.
