Today, motion06 gmbh employs over 80 highly motivated staff members at its Lengau location under the leadership of Managing Director Markus Brunninger. motion06 machines and components are installed and in operation at over 90 airports worldwide (e.g., at the airports in Salzburg, Innsbruck, Munich, Düsseldorf, Heathrow, Gatwick, Calgary, Bogotá, Changi in Singapore, Incheon in Seoul, etc.). In the intralogistics sector, the company has supplied all major global mail and parcel distribution companies (DHL, UPS, etc.). motion06 collaborates with all major system integrators operating worldwide.

motion06 gmbh was incorporated under commercial law on January 19, 2006, with its headquarters in Neumarkt.
The founders had gained many years of professional experience in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and project management of complex conveyor systems and were therefore able to quickly implement their new business model for a dynamic, modern, and quality-oriented company. In the early years, the focus was on the development and production of high-performance, high-quality machines and components for airport baggage handling systems. The first production site was in Neumarkt, in the state of Salzburg. Even in its early years, the company succeeded in selling machines and components not only in Austria but also internationally to leading global system integrators and airports.
